Our Business Model

We designed different Business Models to suite your needs:
  • EPCM - Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management:
    We provide management services in addition to all of the services of the EPC model.
  • EPC - Engineering, Procurement, and Construction:
    In this full turnkey model, we take charge of design & planning, procurement of all necessary materials, and construction of the project, adhering precisely to the agreed budget, schedule, and high-quality standards (performance).
  • BOO - Build, Own, and Operate:
    This model puts us in charge of the development, finance, engineering, procurement, construction, and ongoing operation of the project. BOO projects may be developed either by our team exclusively or in cooperation with other partners.
  • BOOT - Build, Own, Operate, Transfer
    although similar to the BOO model, when using this model our team transfers the facility to the public administration at the end of the concession agreement.
  • PPP - Public-Private Partnership:
    In this model Linus project team enters into a partnership with the local government to provide innovative technology and expertise, improve service, and facilitate economic growth.

Participation in technical and/or procurement negotiations. When you have approval for your project, this basic engineering can be developed into our detailed engineering services. Our expertise can provide specifications, implementation drawings, comments to vendor’s documents and all other related documents which define the engineering aspects for construction, erection, commissioning and start-up for your project, right up until implementation.
